White-label
With white-label, your clients see your agency instead of PulseKeeper: your name, logo and colour on status pages, in the client portal, in e-mails to clients and in monthly reports.
White-label is part of the Agency plan and above. On other plans, pages for your clients show your team name with "Powered by PulseKeeper".
Setting it up
Open Settings → Branding. Owners and admins can change it.
- Logo. Click Upload logo. It is saved as soon as you pick the file, no need to click Save. PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 512 KB. A wide logo on a transparent background works best: it is shown up to 48 px tall. Remove deletes it.
- Name shown to clients. Replaces your team name wherever clients see it. Up to 120 characters; empty uses your team name.
- Your website. The full address, starting with
https://. The logo on status pages links to it. - Accent colour. A hex code such as
#1d4ed8. It colours the PDF report; text on it switches between dark and white by itself so it stays readable. Empty keeps ours.
Click Save. White-label starts working once at least one of these is filled in. Until then, pages for your clients still show PulseKeeper.
Tip: An SVG logo cannot contain scripts, event handlers or embedded HTML. If yours is refused, export it again from your design tool as a plain SVG, or use a PNG.
Where your clients see it
- Status pages. Your logo at the top, linking to your website. No "Powered by" at the bottom; with a website set, the footer shows your name instead. The browser tab shows your logo as its icon, or no icon, never ours.
- Client portal. Your logo and name in the header ("Monitored by …") and in the footer.
- E-mails to clients. Sign-in links to the portal and monthly reports carry your name as the sender, your logo at the top and your name in the footer. The sending address itself stays ours.
- Monthly reports. Your logo on the cover (your name if there is no logo), "Prepared by" your agency, your colour throughout, and no PulseKeeper. See client reports.
Reports that were already created stay as they were sent: a change of logo applies to the next report.
Where it does not apply
- Your own dashboard and everything your team sees.
- Alerts to your channels, team invitations and other e-mails to your team.
- The portal sign-in page on our address. It is shared by all agencies and stays neutral. On your own domain it carries your logo and name too.
Changing plans
If you move to a plan without white-label, your settings are kept but not used, and pages for your clients show "Powered by PulseKeeper" again. Move back and everything returns as it was.
